I offer 3 coaching packages: 15 Sessions (RM2,725), 20 Sessions (RM3,600), and 30 Sessions (RM5,250). The most suitable option depends on your goals and training background.

Yes. HYROX coaching can be adapted for beginners. Training is scaled to your current level so you can build the right strength, engine, movement quality, and confidence over time.

Hybrid race coaching is more performance-specific. It focuses not only on fitness, but also on race demands, pacing, transitions, movement efficiency, and the ability to perform under fatigue.
